I just purchased a license for TMS Grid pack and made an attempt to download from the "My Products" page.
However, our SonicWall gateway device is keeping me from getting it because it believes it detected a trojan virus.
I can work around this by downloading outside of the firewall but I wanted to make sure there isn't a known problem.
The file appears to be created on February 17. Can anyone confirm the latest download does not contain a trojan virus, and I could possibly be having a "false positive" on my end?
The response I get from our firewall is pasted below.
Gateway Anti-Virus Alert
This request is blocked by the SonicWALL Gateway Anti-Virus Service. Name: (Cloud Id: 9185239) MalUAgent.MIP (Trojan)
I can only assume this is a false positive.

I'll have to reattempt my download tomorrow since there is a daily download limit.

You can always send an email to reset your download counter if you want to make multiple downloads from a different IP address.
