Installs for XE8 and XE10 on Win7 machine without problem
On Win10 laptop, install for XE10 is ok
For XE8:
/Studio/16/BPL has no BPL files
/Studio/16/BPL/Win64 has:
tmsdxe8.bpl
tmsdxe8.rsm
tmsexdxe8.bpl
tmsexdxe8.rsm
tmsxlsdxe8.bpl
tmsxlsdxe8.rsm
Reinstalled XE8 and TMS, same results
