IE 10 Rendering

Hi, 

The IWPlanner component is not rendered correctly in IE 10. The border colors are black and not what is specified, and the Caption color is rendered as the same color as the item itself even if another color is set for the caption area.

IE 9 and other browsers display correctly. 
Can this be fixed?

I'll investigate if this issue can be reproduced here and if the appearance for IE10 can be improved in a future version of the TMS IW Planner.
