I can not find the certificate I created from lets encrypt

I created two certificate in windows server 2019 but when I open TMS Sparkle to add the certificate and press on select nothing appear

How to fix this ?

I managed to add the certificate to the windows certificate store but now I get error when I try to add the SSL certificate:

That error message is usually a problem with Windows itself and the certificate. It looks like the certificate is not valid or not properly recognized by Windows.
