Sorry, I'm not sure what do you mean?
You can only add and delete. It would be nice to be able to edit an existing entry.
That's a direct wrap around Windows API that handles such issue. There is no "edit" in there as far as I know. It's not something you do very often, anyway.
I seem to be doing it a lot in development particularly switching between samples with different URL's. Any way I have added editing myself.
