how to SSL my TMS Webcore server?

Hi,


i wish to setup SSL for my local TMS Webserver in development  , please advice
so that i can run https://localhost.dev:8000/myproject1 , instead of 

i have installed a local self generated / self trusted cert using openSSL , 

and i am not sure what to do next , 

please assist , thanks.
