Hello!

How to install TMS VCL UI Pack at Delphi2009?
I tried to install by TMS Sbuscription Manager progam but could not install in Delphi2009.
How can I do?

D2009 is no longer auto-installed.
You can still manually install by opening the TMSVCLUIPackPkgD2009.groupproj project group from the IDE and compile & install packages in this group in the IDE.

Where is TMSVCLUIPackPkgD2009 Group Project File?

You can also use the D2010 one as these are compatible.
