there is any way to calculate the maximum rows that can be displayed in the grid ? Visiblerowcount count the real records in the grid, but if grid can show more records ??

It's unclear what you want to achieve with this. Do you want to display all records at once without scrolling? can you please provide us some more information on this?

the problem is related to navigation (my prior forum post) to solve it programmately using buttons to navigate ...
There isn't currently support for paging, to display a large amount of records you could use the TTMSFMXLiveGrid instead.
