As of today, folders that are linked to my clipboard are no longer recognized as folders but as files.
You can also see it with the demo program.

From the Google Drive screenshot you provided it looks like the affected items are shortcuts. Please note that shortcuts to folders are unfortunately not supported in TMS VCL Cloud pack. These are displayed as files like the screenshot of the demo shows.
Do you know where the original folders are located that the shortcuts are associated with?
There haven't been any changes in this area in TMS VCL Cloud Pack recently. I'm not sure what could be causing this change in your setup.
