generate entities from mysql 8 database

AureliusConnection 'Generate entities' from mysql 8 database generates the error: Table 'mysql.proc' doesn't exist. Indeed, MySQL has thrown away the mysql.proc table for version 8.0
Is there a work-around for this ?
