I am able to add a comment to a cell. The I use the ".hidden := false" to make the comment visible on the xls without having to rollover it. Same as "show Comment" when you right click in Excel. When I save the file and open it, I see the comment box and when I rollover it, the comment goes away. It should actualy stay.
Another example. Using Excel, add a comment, then right click and show comment. The comment stays open and when you roll over it is continues to stay open. Open the file with Flexcel and then rollover the comment, the comment then disappears. This affects the Print Preview as I am trying to create a PDF with the comment box open.
