Error when changing configuration file

I get an error starting tmsgui.exe(1.0.28) when I change the configuration. e.g. if I remove the # in front of my Delphi version. If I add the # back then it works again
I use Delphi 11.2

Hi,
The full section of delphi IDEs is commented. If you remove the # of your delphi version, you also need to uncomment the "delphi versions:" text at the top:
