Error updating Web Core to ver 2.9.9.0

Couple of weeks ago, I started setting up a new dev machine with RADStudio 13 Enterprise. I installed 17 TMS packages using Smart Setup GUI. All went well. Few days ago, Smart Setup GUI indicated that Web Core ver 2.9.9 is avaiable. I had Web Core version 2.9.8.1 installed. Smart Setup indicated that only Web Core needed to be updated. Smart Setup completed the update with no issues and indicated that Local version of Web Core is 2.9.9.

After that, I started RAD Studio and opened one of my current Web Core projects. First, I got the message box that Web Core ver 2.9.9.0 is available for update. I clicked ok, loaded the project then clicked build. I then got the following error:

[Error] App.Config.pas(7): can't find unit "XData.Web.Connection"

Sadly, a shortcoming slipped in the latest release with TMS Smart Setup wrt version labeling.
When you installed v2.9.9.0 with TMS Smart Setup, you do have the latest version installed but just the labeling was not updated. We’ll correct that with the next release.
For the issue related to

can't find unit "XData.Web.Connection"

please make sure that the path where you have TMS XData installed is also added to your TMS WEB Core library path.

Thank you.

I realized the issue with the path when I got the error and updated the settings.

I have been using Web Core ver 2.9.8.2 since last week and have not run into any other issues.
