Entity CRUD Endpoints aren't showing in Swagger

I haven't had this problem before, but I have created a server application based on the boiler plate and although my services and DTOs are in the Swagger the endpoints and structures for my aurelius entities aren't.

Any ideas?

Is List enabled in DefaultEntitySetPermissions?
