I would like to develop the EDM system for my company as it need to scan lot of documents, store all document information and etc. What kind of tools that I can use it on my Delphi development so that I can quickly deploy it with rich features ?

If you scan documents, perhaps OCR helps to better categorize these documents.
This can be done with our OCR component in TMS FNC WX Pack
include in VCL pack ? As I develop it in Windows platform only.
As mentioned in my answer, this is part of TMS FNC WX Pack
that is also perfectly usable in a VCL Windows application.
May I double confirm : It can scan the document which in printer / scanner and then save to PDF file. right ?
No it will not perform the scan itself.
It expects an image file of the scanned document and will extract the information on this image as text and this text could be saved to a text file.
