UploadResumableFile() fails when uploading a large file > 150MBM to Dropbox.

First chance exception at $000000767424D3CC. Exception class EJNIException with message 'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Failed to allocate a 8208 byte allocation with 157128 free bytes and 153KB until OOM, target footprint 268435456, growth limit 268435456; giving up on allocation because <1% of heap free after GC.'. Process COWMobileBuild61.apk (15379)

We have been able to trace and fix this issue.
The update will be available with the next TMS FNC Core release.

Updating to FNC Core 3.1.1.0 fixed this issue with large uploads to Dropbox using the CloudServices component.
