Divide By Zero in TAdvSmoothTrackBar

We have an issue with divide by zero errors with TAdvSmoothTrackBar, V1.3.0.0

I think it happens when Min and Max are both at zero, but haven't confirmed it.

Please advise if there's a workaround for this - Thanks!
