How to install manyally? These files are missing:
Core package:
TMSWEBCorePkgDXExy.dproj
Design-time component package:
TMSWEBCorePkgLibDXExy.dproj
Design-time IDE plugin package:
TMSWEBCorePkgDEDXExy.dproj

There are Lazarus-install files now in my RSXE9Seattle folder.
I'd like to try to make resolution changes in WEBLib.Devices for TWebCamera.

I cannot see this would be missing. 

This should be in the main folder where the registered version of TMS WEB Core is installed.

I can not find any  (dir TMSWEBCorePkg*.* /s)

Maybe you have these from some older installation.
I sent by mail what I have.
