Copy&Paste from Snipping Tool doesn´t work for some reson

Our users are complaining about the fact that you can´t copy images from Snipping tool into the TMSFNCRichEditor curiously it works from the Microsoft Snip&Sketch-Tool.
Is there a reason for this or is this a bug?
