Caption TWebFilePicker

Is the a way to change the caption of the WebFilePicker. It's now 'Choose File'.

Underlying TWebFilePicker wraps the HTML INPUT element of type FILE and the browser presets the text.

Thanks for explaining. All clear now. In some browsers text is shown in English, whereas in other browsers text is shown in Dutch.
