Signed up with Bitcasa and it all looks a little different from the TMS Cloud documentation.
It looks like they've changed the implementation ?
Anyone confirm if this is so and if it breaks the implementation please ?

It looks like Bitcasa messed up things. We'll investigate this.
We retested this here and for our account everything is still working. It's unclear what they did with the signup though, both for an account and an application. Not sure what their plan is, we'll follow this up.
As things seem to be in flux at Bitcasa, I'd recommend to use another cloud storage service.
