Always visible no fixed column

I've one column in my tadvstringgrid that is fixed and always visible.
I need to make fixed cell text selectable.
I try to reamove fixedcolumn and use only normal column but how can I make that column always visible ?

In TAdvStringGrid, only fixed columns are always visible.
