if I save a RTE file to PDF
(AdvRichEditorRTFIO1.Save(aFileName);)
I can't copy the Text readable out from this created PDF File
If I copy the Text and Paste it inside a Text Editor I receive only Question marks instead of text
Is there a Setting for Codepage etc?
I havent found anything like this

I assume you use AdvGridPDFIO?
What codepage do you use? What kind of charset is it and what font?
At the same time, I can inform that tomorrow we'll release an update that features a completely rewritten core of the PDF engine including the font handling and with this new core, there shouldn't be any issue for full unicode / code pages etc.. support, so if a problem somehow persists, I'd invite you to try the v8.5 release scheduled for tomorrow.

Is there a possibility to set the Codepage and Charset ?
