advlabel rich text editor not showing all options

I am using VCL UI Pack 13.4.0.1 using Delphi 12.2. on Win11.
When trying to edit text for an advlabel the text editor options are only partly showing. Only the Bold and Italic buttons are visible and nothing else.

I see this must be high DPI related. We will investigate.
