AdvGridExcelIO and Date Format detection

I am working with the AdvStringGrid 8.3.2.4 and  AdvGridExcelIO 3.13

I have C++Builder XE4 32 bit platform. 

When I open an .XLS file is there a way to detect the date format or the time format for a specific column or specific cell? Is this information saved and reloaded?

Sorry, this is at this time not imported. The date / time should be displayed in the grid after import with the default Delphi (normally default operating system) defined date/time format.
