What control of UI Pack can I use to input my user a decimal quantity in the middle of screen

I need a way to my mobile user enter a decimal value but I need a middle center screen that appears once they select an specific Item, I show you below the concept.

Can you please tell me if there is possible to do with some component of UI Pack?
