I simply put a TWebtimer to the form and get the error saying 'identifier not found'width'', any helps with that?

It looks like you do not have a clean setup of the latest version and most likely have mixed version files on your system. Uninstall TMS WEB Core from the Windows Control Panel.
Make sure ALL package files are removed.
Then install on a clean Delphi config.
For your info, I had the exact same thing just now, and it was fixed by your suggestion of removing Web Core via control panel and then reinstalling.
