This is unfortunately not possible. It’s an embedded browser, so it’s the same issue as here:

Overlap TMSFNCWebBrowser

Sorry, this is not possible. The TTMSFNCWebBrowser is a separate window that is hosted as a child of the form, it lies on top of all other elements. The only way to workaround this is to show a form over it.
