The latest version is 3.2 but when I run the install (latest version) the installed version is still 3.1. And it does not install for D12, only D11.

Is this a command line tool only? Seems complicated.
I have tried both direct dowload from your web site and using the Subscription Manager, both fails to install 3.2 and to D12.
