UpdateBuilder : an inactivated button

Hi

With the version 2.
Theoricaly, there is 2 way to start the update process :
1 : the button 'Build project' in the 'Update process' tab
2 : the "update builder" button in the window bar (at the top, previous to the exit button)

This second possibility doesn't work
