TXDataWebClient Not Found

I have followed those steps and get the linked problem which may or may not relate to the OPs problem.

Installing XData in Web Designer

Ok I can see the packages but the xdataweb.dpk is missing this file: [Fatal Error] Cannot open file "E:\TMS\Products\tms.biz.xdata\packages\webcore\XData.Web.Reg.pas". The system cannot find the file specified. Was it missed from the deployment system too?
