When I do a select all and then a copy followed by paste in the TWebRichEdit, it seems as if the border or the surrounding element is copied too.
At least this nis true witrh the demo.
I cannot see an issue.
This is, what I did:
- reload page
- click in the RichEditor
- entr a line, CR, and a second line
- press ctrl-a ctrl-c ctrl-v

I cannot reproduce this.
Tested with Chrome.
Since our control is not doing anything in our code wrt copy & paste, I can only suspect this is an issue in the browser itself you are using.
No problem for me. Just wanted to report the issue.
