TWebDBComboBox, new Values property

It would be appreciated if the new Values property worked synchronously with the ItemIndex selection.

Maybe WebDBLookupComboBox can be considered?

Can we use it without a ListSource database, and with a Values list?

It is based on a ListSource. You can use a memory ClientDataSet as listsource.
