We are still not able to reproduce this bug, please make sure to test in a clean environment. Latest updates of drivers. Also check out other third party tools that might interfere with the process of saving to an image. When searching for this particular error it seems to be related to outdated libraries / drivers.

I tried the compiled Demo.exe file on 5 different computers (and one of them was a cleanly installed virtual pc as you suggested) and without exception all of them gave the error.
I compiled the exe with both Delphi 12 and Delphi 11, but the result was the same.

I wonder if the error persists on your computer as well.

I tested on my environment Delphi 12.1 and latest released FNC components (yesterday) and NO issue.

I tested your compiled EXE and gave me the next error:
So in my personal opinion is something on your PC side, the message shows "ntdll.dll" issue.
I tested again my compiled version without any issue, download my compiled file from the next link and test it, but if you have virus issues or any other related dll file trouble then that could be the reason.
By the way I am not a TMS employee or beta tester, I am a regular customer as you.
