TTMSFNCPopupMenu doesn't work on Linux

Hi

The component TTMSFNCPopupMenu does not work on Linux. nd when we use it, it prevent the program to close properly.

Here is a simple sample with the popup on a button.

Hello, for the moment the FNCPopupMenu is only available for Windows and Mac.
But we will look into this to see if it is feasible to implement.

The Linux 64 platform was in the supported platforms shown in Delphi in the component popover. I supposed you enable only the supported ones, not all by default.

For this one, there is no rush. It was only on a demo program for a potential client presentation. The standard FMX TPopupMenu works as expected. That was all I needed for this series of demo projects.
