When this is set to true and at run time edited the rectangle/font is wrong, at least on iOS. I want it to be same size, font, etc. as the caption is displayed. Can you please tell me how this can be achieved?

The height of the edit cannot be changed on iOS & Android, this is by design. The editing of the caption is active on iOS but was originally designed for Windows and Mac OS X.
