User names are always required to be unique no matter what.

• Combined with 2. above, a possibility to somehow retrieve the user password so it can be sent with the email confirmation token. I.e. confirm email and then force password change.

Hi, we add users to Sphinx in back-office, and we want them change their password at first access. The flow could be: our software add a user with a generated password, and send a mail to user (OnUserCreated event doesn't get fired for back-office added users, i think that it's intentional).
