TMSWebBrowser in Windows use ChromiumFMX, but it use DCEF library, it's possible convert FMX.TMSWebBrowser.Win to use TWebBrowserEx (https://github.com/freeonterminate/delphi/tree/master/TWebBrowser) and no need more DCEF files in Windows FMX apps

The opensource TWebBrowser implementation uses VCL, it is unclear which impact it has on other platforms as this unit is included with all other TMS FireMonkey components. We are still investigating the possibilities.
