If you load for example " or > with TMSFNCRichEditorHtmlIO it is turning them into the character "&". That´s probably a similar problem as the TMSFNCObjectInspector had in my previous ticket.
We are currently releasing updates, later today the fix will be available for the previous ticket, which will also fix the above issue.
