When adding 1 USB camera to laptop in TTMSFNCWXWebRTC Communication, Local Camera doesn't recognize and work, and Android phone doesn't work when selecting back camera, what is the solution?

Is the USB camera recognized by a browser? We are relying on the API of the embedded browser so if it doesn't show up in a normal browser it would be expected it doesn't show up in TTMSFNCWXWebRTC.
We'll need some time to investigate Android. Does it work for you if you leave the default selected camera as-is?
It was recognized normally by the Windows 10 control panel, and it also appears normally in Demo's combo box, but not on the local camera. On Android, both front and back are recognized in the combo box, but only front is displayed on the local camera, and after selecting back, both front and back are not working.

We were able to reproduce something similar on Android and applied improvements. The next update will contain the necessary changes to the sources and FMX demo.
