Same here. Products are visibile in my acccount page but not in the dashboard nor in smart setup.
But in my situation not only these products are not visible but also a number of packages for installed product is not loaded because they contain units also contained in other packages.
Besides the missing products, also the order in which products/packages are installed are not OK.
Please note that TMS Dashboard relies on TMS Smart Setup for product management. Unfortunately, some products are not yet supported by TMS Smart Setup. However, these products can still be installed via TMS Subscription Manager and/or the My Products on our website.
It's important to know that only products installed through TMS Smart Setup and/or TMS Dashboard will be displayed as installed in the TMS Dashboard. Products installed manually or via TMS Subscription Manager will not be recognized.
