If I set TIWIPhoneButton1.Height to a value other than the default my value is ignored at runtime. Is that by design? I am trying to have a larger button. Is that possible?

Yes the IWiPhoneButton has a fixed height by design. This decision was made to make sure the iphone style appearance of the IWiPhoneButton would always be accurate.
However, this is a good suggestions and we'll consider adding support for custom height values in a future version.
