The change in the position of the scroll bar

hello,
Is it possible to change the position of the vertical scroll bar by the program ?
For example,
Read a certain Excel file , move the scroll bar down.
And , when i import a separate Excel file , i want to move the position of the scroll bar to the top by the program.

programmatically control the vertical scroll position with the property
grid.TopRow: integer;
