Real-time update by the scroll bar

hello,

When you move the mouse the vertical scroll bar ,
The display position of the grid will be updated when you release your finger from left-click .
Is there a way to update it in real time without lifting your finger ?

[System environment] Windows7 / Delphi10 / TAdvStringGrid
