TDateTimeHelper not supported

I think this is Pas2JS thing, but the TDateTimeHelper from System.Sysutils doesn't look like it's supported.

Can you give more context?
There is a TDateTimeHelper in TMS WEB Core in unit WEBLib.Utils.pas

I got the wrong unit, TDateTimeHelper in Delphi is in System.DateUtils. Pas2JS does support the TStringHelper in System.Sysutils, so for consistency it would be great if the the TDateTimeHelper was supported too, rather than have a different one in WebLib.Utils

We'll check & discuss here what we can do, especially also taking backwards compatibility in account.
