TADVStringGrid , Show ... if text is longer than the cell width?

Latest TMS Updates for TADVStringGrid

It has been asked on one grid we have that if the text is longer than the cell width, to have a ... shown inside that cell.

"You have ..." would be seen.. if they made it wider or cell hint popup we have you would see "You have 44 parts available for XYZ-123"

As ... is "usually" taken as there is more text available than what you are seeing right now.
