TAdvSmoothTimeLine.AnnotationUsedTopHeight returns wrong value when no annotations

TAdvSmoothTimeLine.AnnotationUsedTopHeight returns a very large negative number when there are no annotations instead of returning 0. The AnnotationUsedBottomHeight property also returns a non zero value when there are no annotations
