In fact, I just downloaded the version 1.2 and noticed that the Tab Demo does not compile.
We just can not add, At design Time, tab Items to the controller:
TMSFMXNativeUITabBarController

Which error do you get exactly when compiling?
Did you read the "Frameworks" section in the documentation if you get a linker error?

We have detected this here and have applied a fix that is currently being tested,
the next version 1.2.0.1 should have this fixed which will be released shortly.
