Some initial problems with FNC Cloud Pack

I think I have a similar issue as Stellards.io TMSFNCCloudStellarDataStoreConnection on Datamodule

I have just bought FNC CloudPack with intention to use MS OutLook email in Azure.
My questions so far.

  • Delphi refuse to add TTMSFNCCloudMicrosoftOutlookMail component on a datamodule. Says it is not supported. A form works fine and that is my current workaround
  • The component using Indy. But I have patched IdCustomHTTPServer.pas in Indy. The modified file is in a patchfolder before the original Indy folder in project search path. Now I got
    [dcc32 Fatal Error] Attracs.dpr(947): F2051 Unit IdHTTPServer was compiled with a different version of IdCustomHTTPServer.TIdCustomHTTPServer
    Is there any workaround other than remove the patch ?
  • When I drop the component on a form the name is missing. Maybe doesn't matter but it looks strange

Hi,

  1. Unfortunately this is a technical limitation of the FNC framework. It is currently not supported to use these components on a datamodule.
  2. Please note that only the default version of Indy is supported in TMS FNC Cloud Pack.
