Sending a Whatsapp in Twilio

I am trying to send a whatsapp message using Twilio... However, it always returns an error 21211 'invalid phone number'. When I try sending an SMS message with exactly the same numbers and credentials it works.
The guy from Twilio could not find anything so it might be on your side.

Can you advise?

Are From & To numbers different ?

Hi,

Please note that the TTMSFNCCloudSMS component only supports sending SMS messages with Twilio.
To send WhatsApp messages, please consider using the TTMSFNCCloudWhatsApp component.
